I know that some of you are having gradebook calculation issues. I have a couple of fixes for you.
1. If you are experiencing other odd issues (not being able to put in grades, not being able to add assignments because the add assignment screen is missing items like the save button, etc.) you will want to make sure Internet Explorer is out of compatibility mode. The compatibility mode button is at the top of your browser window to the right of the address bar. It looks like a cut piece of paper (. If it is in compatibility mode the box around the picture will be a blue-gray color. Click the icon to take it out of compatibility mode. If it is not in compatibility mode and you are still experiencing problems, click that icon to put it in compatibility mode and click it again to take it out. You will generally get a message asking to reload the page. You may need to exit Gradebook and go back in after you’ve taken it out of compatibility mode to see the changes, but when I’ve done this the issues are usually fixed after the page reloads.
2. Re-Calculate the Grade Point Average. Click on the attachment above to see how this is done. Or you can check on the arcadia website under Faculty and Staff > Teacher Tech > All Things Gradebook > Gradebook ReCalculate Grades
Or you can click here:
